TAC 212 Policies

 

  1. Be respectful of the staff and each other 
  2. Must be 13-18 to partake in TAC 212 drop in hours, events, and programs
  3. No use of inappropriate language or swear words 
  4. No livestreaming or photography allowed in the Center 
  5. Do not climb on the furniture 
  6. No weapons 
  7. No violence 
  8. No bullying 
  9. No use of racist, homophobic, transphobic, hateful, bigoted, religious and/or cultural biases or prejudice, or sexist language or comments
  10. Be mindful of your volume level
  11. Do not take things that do not belong to you 
  12. Respect personal and emotional space, no touching or verbal assaults 
  13. Pick up after yourself
  14. Backpacks and personal items need to be kept in appropriate areas 
  15. Support one another 
  16. Listen actively and without judgment, not defensively 
  17. Do not discredit other personal experiences 
  18. There are no risky or sexual behaviors allowed within TAC 212 facility; i.e. inappropriate forms of PDA
  19. Three violations of our policies and you can not come back to TAC 212

   - This includes any form of violence, intoxication, or possession of drugs or weapons within the facility 


Sick Policies 

TAC212 asks that parent(s)/guardian(s) and guests refrain from activities if the participant and/or guest has the following symptoms or conditions: 


· Do not feel well enough for the activity or participation 

· Fever 

· Flu-like symptoms, including, but not limited to, fever, cough, sore throat, body aches and pains, and/or chills 

· Diarrhea 

· Vomiting 

· Rash accompanied by fever; or contagious rash such as ringworm 

· Cough 

· Cold symptoms 

· COVID-19 symptoms 


Drug, Alcohol, and Tobacco Prevention Program 

The possession, selling and/or use of illegal and harmful drugs, alcohol, and tobacco is strictly prohibited. This includes substance abuse and drug paraphernalia. This prohibition applies during the regular Center hours, at or related to any Center-related activity, and at any Center facility. Participants in violation of the Center's drug, alcohol, and tobacco policy will be subject to disciplinary action and referral to law enforcement, as appropriate.

 The Center for Family Outreach (“CFO”) and TAC212 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us online.

Information We Collect:
We may collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, mailing address, donation details, and event registration information. We also collect non-identifying information like browser type, device, and website usage data.

How We Use Information:
Your information helps us process donations, register for events, send updates about programs, respond to inquiries, and improve our website.

Donor & Participant Privacy:
We do not sell or share donor or participant information. Youth and family information is kept strictly confidential.

Your Rights:
You can update, review, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from emails at any time.
